I came to Pomoco's Se I have had terrible experiences at car dealerships (where I bought my car, where I tried to take it for service the first time). I came to Pomoco's Service Department on a whim to get a scheduled maintenance thing completed. The guy who runs the oil change department (3rd door when you walk in), I believe his name is RoSean - is professional, friendly, and the most helpful car-dealership employee I have EVER encountered. He is also quick/ you can tell he values your time. Becky and the other woman who work behind the counter at "pick up" are also top notch. When my car needs to be replaced, I will go to Pomoco specifically because of the positive experience these service staff members have provided me. I will only go here for service. Called and told him what I was looking for, within 15 minutes I arrived and he had all the relevant info and vehicle available for test drive. The guy just knows how and what costumer service is all about. He remembered me right away, not sure if it was because I had a lot of questions and needs (witch he had the patients and knowledge to answer and deal with them all) or just because I have an easy name to remember, either way it felt like home, Ms. Cindy got me some coffee, (The Finance Lady) and myself and Kevin got in to the numbers…….10 minutes later after appraising my trade in (Above KBB I may add) I simply give him the figures I would like to be in, he took those numbers and went on to do his magic 5 minutes later we had a deal…… DONE SON! I will brag about this guy to any one I know needs a car truck or whatever he sales….. He is forthright and honest. All I look for in a sales professional. We took it to the original dealership and they pretty much blew us off when it came to the problem. Pomoco took this problem by the horns - Bobby Bowen is amazing in the service department - take charge king of guy. We ended up doing a trade assist with Chrysler. Even though we didn't buy here - Pomoco took care of us and got me into another NEW VEHICLE! Pam Lawrence was our sales lady and Dave Lawson was the sales manager. They also took care of us in a professional way and knew how to make us happy. This whole ordeal was very stressful and they lightened the load. Pomoco of Newport News showed us that they are there for the customers. They gave us an awesome deal and went to another dealerhip to get my new car. If you want a car - GO TO THEM!!!
