Outstanding approach to car sales. On the 5th of November, I stopped at the Pomoco Newport News Dodge dealership to look at cars. I was greeted professionally and pleasantly by Kevin S On the 5th of November, I stopped at the Pomoco Newport News Dodge dealership to look at cars. I was greeted professionally and pleasantly by Kevin Steele. This was not the first time I had visited the dealership, but my previous experiences with him made me want to return. He showed me only the vehicles I was interested in and he did not apply any sales pressure at all. He allowed the vehicle to sell itself. His positive attitude and friendly approach to the sale made me feel comfortable with the decision I made and I am totally satisfied. Once I selected the vehicle, he took the time to explain, in great and informed detail, every feature of the automobile. His professional and knowledgable approach to the entire process made me feel at ease and happy with the dealership and the sale as a whole. I will definitely recommend both the Pomoco dealership and more specifically Kevin to my friends and co workers. I chose a Jeep, this was not the first Jeep I had purchased.
