Ashley was great. She beat another dealers price by nearly 5% on top of the 5% off the other dealer gave. I researched my Ram 1500 a lot before I went to buy and I can honestly say their profit margin nearly 5% on top of the 5% off the other dealer gave. I researched my Ram 1500 a lot before I went to buy and I can honestly say their profit margin is minimal. They gave me their best price right off the bat. The customer service was excellent. She knew I was in a hurry and could visibly be seen rushing from one station to the next to get everything settled. I would highly recommend their no hassle experience. More

I never have a bad experience at this service department. I bought my SUV there when it was a Lincoln dealership in 2003 and it is the only place I have had it serviced at. I worked with Toby as I have been doing for over 10 years. He is the reason I use POMOCO. I have had terrible experiences with 5 star folks and wil not use them on the road. It turns out a part had to be ordered and they kept me well informed every step of the way. Every one was quite pleasant even down to the courtesy shuttle drivers. I thought Tim was very professional. My truck required several items - Oil change, Inspection, and 50,000 Maintenance. In the past this work had been completed before noon (if I brought a vehicle in by 8 several items - Oil change, Inspection, and 50,000 Maintenance. In the past this work had been completed before noon (if I brought a vehicle in by 8:30). On 5 March it wasn't done until 1:30 P.M. That may not have been excessive since I don't know what problems may have been found, but we have always taken a vehicle in and then done scheduled business and shopping and then picked the vehicle up. At noon Tim advised the vehicle would be finished about 2:00 P.M. Since my wife has COPD we decided it best go home and let her rest and then go back to pick up the truck when it was ready. The problem was - that entailed another 30 mile round trip. Otherwise I cannot find anything to which I could make a complaint. John Grant More
Saturday afternoon/March 2, 2013 I walked over to the Saturday afternoon/March 2, 2013 I walked over to the Sales area with Andrea from Service; I had spoken to Dennis, my team service manager; my 13 y Saturday afternoon/March 2, 2013 I walked over to the Sales area with Andrea from Service; I had spoken to Dennis, my team service manager; my 13 year old Dakota has been draining me for some time; I brought with me my W-2s and I was ready to buy. Dennis told me to buy a used vehicle with time still on the factory warranty and to purchase the Pomoco Warranty. Dennis is a man I trust; I have worked with him for years. The people in the service department are fantastic and I rely on their honesty and I depend on their loyalty to me and vice versa. Jeff Flynnwas introduced to me, but he was working with two other clients; I had my mug of coffee; he showed me where to sit, and assured me that it would not be too long before he could spend a few minutes getting to know me; which he did. I spoke to Ms. Beverly, the receptionist, and I felt very unpressured and comfortable; Jeff would stop by and I said I was going outside to look at the selections. I had mentioned I was looking for a SUV type of vehicle. Again, no rush, no pressure; this customer was very relaxed. Hmm, no wonder Pomoco Sales are high. Customers are treated respectfully and not pushed. I leisurely strolled to the long row of fine looking cars; I saw three I liked; one was a red shiny 2011 Nissan "Rogue." I perused the white paper with its information. When I returned to the showroom floor, Jeff at once came over, and asked, "Well, did you see anything you liked?" "Hmm mmm. The red one!" "Ah, the Nissan." Shortly after, it was at the front of the building and Jeff and I were on a short drive, conversing easily as the soon-to-be mine red Rogue was driven around the block. Oh, YES, I bought it. Bill and Jeff did the obligatory paperwork; Melissa informed me about the "Auto Armor" Ultimate Protection package; hey, that is a great program. I just bought a drop-dead gorgeous red hot car and I had two red cars before and red does fade. Great deal, Melissa and Pomoco! Customers do not have the time to read brochures; you did the work for me and then offered the service with a smile! Thank you! Jeff stayed late as I spoke to my Allstate insurance company; yeah, wouldn't you know! They had to ask me questions I had no answers for, right! Jeff had the answers...all of 'em! Hey, that is premier service! Went out to take my new car home and Jeff informs me it takes the lower rated gas! Huh? Wow! At 22-24 miles per gallon! No fiscal cliff here! Is Jeff like "Superman?" Whoa! Geepers! I am already saving $$$$$. OK, let's recap: friendly and courteous staff that is not pushy; ;large selection; no wasting time with paperwork; optional programs and information provided so the customers don't have to read brochures and posters; helps you with insurance inquiries; while you are waiting your turn, checks up on you so you know you are still valued.
