I received a call later that day - which is, let's face it, amazing in today's customer service world. Deemie Bernier called me and found that email communication worked best, so she emailed me right through the process of choosing the right car for me (and my budget,) let me know of any hiccups along the way, researched the particular car I wanted to find out exactly what options were on the vehicle AND what they did/meant. Deemie was eager and always, always answered my emails and calls, and I can't emphasize how important that was. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and any question she didnt know the answer to immediately, she found out right away. I know that I can always rely on them for top-notch customer service, a fair price, and an overall good experience. My Dodge Journey that I purchased in 2013 suddenly died on me and I was heart broken. However, the sales associate, Kevin Steele (whom I spoke to during a previous visit about my interest in the Jeep Grand models) came to my rescue. I immediately asked for his assistance in the help of choosing the right Jeep Grand Cherokee for my family's' needs as well as one to fit my budget. The sales experience went even better this time around because of Mr. Steele's patience and understanding in allowing me the time to carefully choose the options, color, and style of Jeep I wanted.
