Feburary 14, 2015 I bought a used Dodge Journey and after a month decided it just wasn't the right car for me. I called James Lewis and he said bring it on in and we'll work it out. I had every intention of buying a new Journey, a great SUV by the way, but test drove a Jeep Cherokee and that was that. Drove off the lot with that one! Evan Lewis was the nicest person and keep a very long process relatively painless. Except for the wallet pain of course! And RoSean Kemp took the time out to come introduce himself and said if I ever needed anything just call (service). Everyone there was nice and helpful and I would recommend Pomoco to anyone. This year I'm deployed and contacted Kevin via email to purchase a 2015 Charger RT, in efforts to help my wife through the process he set everything up by phone, that way she only has to sign paperwork when she picks up the car. It was a tremendous help, because my wife is home alone with 3 kids. I had been in the market for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and after several months Pomoco posted a certified used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for about $1,500 cheaper than any other dealer on the market. From the initial phone call with James he was upmost professional and willing to help. This was my first time purchasing a car so I was very skeptical and needed some additional guidance. Throughout the process James was very knowledgable and actually walked me through the process step-by-step. This was most impressive since I was located 3 hours away in Northern Virginia. James helped me to get my insurance coverage switched over, my bank loan approved, and the car detailed for pick up. By the time I got to the dealership (Nearly 9PM) James was still there waiting with Bill and they had everything ready to go. I worked with several people there for the sale, including Dave Lawson, Kevin Steele, Melissa Taylor, and Millie Snyder. All were extremely helpful without putting pressure on me to make a decision or warning me the vehicle I want may not be there when I wanted to buy it. I got the new vehicle at a nicely discounted price (over 10% off Sticker) and I got a very good price for my trade-in. The actual sale/transfer of vehicles went exceptionally quick, smooth, and without extended warranty horror stories like you get at other dealers. Kevin spent more time going over all the new car features, switch, knobs, and components than the actual sale took. I'll definitely go back to Pomoco in the future, they rock! More
