I had visited here about 3 years ago and was railroaded I had visited here about 3 years ago and was railroaded by them, went there about 4 months ago and got my vehicle appraised which took just over an I had visited here about 3 years ago and was railroaded by them, went there about 4 months ago and got my vehicle appraised which took just over an hour and got a lowball figure anyway,an initial credit report done over their website suggested my fiance needed to be on the loan,fine but the sales lady, Millie wouldn't let me drive anythging until I brought her in.So we just visited their 3 days ago because they finally had what we are looking for,again we really got a lowball amount for our trade,what really closed the deal was the finance manager, Theresa something, comes out and says of course our credit isn't great,duh,we knew that,she says if we had credit ascores of 800 and could put down 5k we would be approved by many banks with no problem. I know from experience that shopping around pays off,we'll go somewhere else that will give us a better price for our trade and will do more to get us approved instead,"sorry, nothing we can do". Beware they sell lemons. We bought a used Chrysler Town and Country from them mid-March 2007. When we got the car it had no gas and desperately needed to be detailed - we didn't complain because they gave and Country from them mid-March 2007. When we got the car it had no gas and desperately needed to be detailed - we didn't complain because they gave a fair deal on our trade-in. We did not purchase the extended warranty - big mistake. The van's transmission blew just 5 days after the warranty expired. When we contacted Pomoco to see what they would do to help us the response from both the salesman and the manager was, "Guess you should have bought the extended warranty." No apology, no offers of help to fix the problem or cover part of the cost... nothing. Now one week later the power locks are not working. I am going to contact the BBB and file a complaint. Definitely do not take your business there!! More
