Went for have a state inspection on my car. I arrived 8:59am sharp. I was premise a 3 hour wait. After those 3 hour the agent informed me that my car wouldn’t be done until after lunch, which m I arrived 8:59am sharp. I was premise a 3 hour wait. After those 3 hour the agent informed me that my car wouldn’t be done until after lunch, which meant at least 2pm. This was an absolute waste of my time and an excessive abuse. I ended up leaving with no inspection and 3hour wasted. This was literally the worst service I’ve ever had More

I am retired and the Jeep is our tow behind the RV vehicle. I drive an Expedition. I was out running errands and did not see the email about recommended work to be done. Someone sent me text messages to tell me the work was done! They never mentioned the additional recommended tasks. Someone should have called me! Or told me in a text message, what they told me in the email! Someone should have told me, besides in an email, that I would not see until the following day. Now, I have to go through the inconvenience of scheduling another appointment to have these additional tasks done! I do not feel you respected my right to know my vehicle needed additional work that I had not originally requested! I also feel you have completely disrespected the value of my time! More
