I had just retired and was looking to replace my 2012 Honda Ridgeline with 168,000 miles on it. I decided to go with a full sized truck since we were probably going to start RV-ing. I looked at all the others, and based on my preferences, the RAM 1500 would fit perfectly. Wes Blow was the first person I met at Pomoco when I went looking. We started talking about what I was looking for and he explained everything I was asking about. Very professional, patient, no pressure, and a pleasure to work with. I told him I was just starting my shopping for a new truck, and he spent a lot of time with me to make sure this is what I was looking for. He told me to look at the RAM web site and configure it exactly the way I wanted, and when I was ready, come on back. Several weeks later, I was back and looking for Wes to make the deal. We discussed the options and settled on the exact truck and then the price. No hassles. Pretty much in line with what I was expecting. Then the waiting for delivery! Wes kept me informed as each step in the delivery process continued. The truck arrived, but with some blemishes on the front bumper during transit. It took over a week for the body shop to get to fixing the blemishes, so I wasn't too thrilled about that. Even though it took longer than I expected to get the truck, I was thrilled when I was finally able to drive it off the lot. Thanks Wes for helping me all the way to new adventures! More
