He was prompt in responding whenever I contacted him, and I felt like he I was very happy to work with Brian McMeaken, and would gladly do so again. The only reason he did not receive a five star review was his lack of familiarity with the product line which is very understandable considering that the Mitsubishi franchise was just absorbed by Pomoco, and whenever I had a question he couldn't answer he worked to find someone who could provide one. As a note, I did not but a Jeep, but "Mitsubishi" was not an option in the "make" drop down. More

On or about March of 2019, I purchased a brand new 2019 On or about March of 2019, I purchased a brand new 2019 Dodge Durango for approximately $47,000 cash from pomoco in Newport news. I was happy, ex On or about March of 2019, I purchased a brand new 2019 Dodge Durango for approximately $47,000 cash from pomoco in Newport news. I was happy, excited and ecstatic to have my new vehicle. In my subconscious I had finally found a reputable car dealer that can meet my needs. Prior to leaving with my new vehicle, I sat down with several personnel to talk about the several packages that you offered. I purchased a package or two and and inquired about a remote starter. I was told that at the time they were having trouble outsourcing with several vendors. I procured a vendor and had a remote starter put in approximately two to three months after the purchase date. Shortly thereafter I started having problems with my key fobs. In short, they were burning out and pomoco was unable to give me a definitive answer as to why. This problem occurred approximately 9 times. I want to stop there and express the unprofessional experiences that I endured. I was told by a manager from the gold team (Jeff) that primarily it was my fault that the key fobs were inoperable. The unprofessionalism of this manager was beyond reproach. He made me feel as though I was beneath him and that my feelings did not matter by telling me that those girls at corporate had no power and that it was useless speaking to them. To continue, my vehicle was towed several times putting me in a precarious situation every time. I do want to mention that the remote starter, antenna as well as all the wiring has been removed from my car however, I still continue to experience burnt out key fobs. I reached out to the Chrysler Corporation, the representative attempted to reach out to pomoco Chrysler of Newport News. I was advised by the representative at chrysler that if this encounter happened again that I should try a different dealership. My vehicle is currently at Pomoco Chrysler Hampton Virginia. I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle.This problem with my vehicle has been the bane of my existence. I even reached out to the general manager(Dave Lawson) via email for help no reply. I would like to end by stating that I am thoroughly disgusted, disappointed and unsatisfied with the purchase of my vehicle, the services rendered and the unprofessional conduct of Pomoco, Chrysler managers.I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this company based on the horrible ordeal that I endured.  Regrettably,  Sheila Malik More
