New service manager thinks it’s more important to Bill for everything possible on a fleet vehicle then to completely fix what was wrong when it was brought in. Roger in Service was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. He promptly contacted me with updates regarding the vehicle evaluation and the work being performed, ensuring I was kept info throughout the process. Andrew was excellent throughout the entire purchasing process and has been very responsive and helpful whenever any questions or concerns arose. Brison was also outstanding. When the vehicle began experiencing issues, he addressed the situation immediately, took ownership of the problem, and ensured it was resolved appropriately.
