I called POMOCO to assist me in finding the perfect JEEP to fit my family. I initially spoke with Rick Starr who got me a walk in appointment with the sales manager John Spatz. Upon my arrival at POMOCO, I to fit my family. I initially spoke with Rick Starr who got me a walk in appointment with the sales manager John Spatz. Upon my arrival at POMOCO, I was greeted by Rick Starr and John Spatz at the front door. I told Mr. Spatz exactly what I was looking for and what kind of features I would like the vehicle to have, and we searched through the inventory. We found a perfect match within 5 minutes. A 2018 CPO JEEP Compass latitude, Dark Gray in color, with all black interior. He then introduced me to Martin Hanley, the salesman. He was very friendly and had great hospitality. Mr. Hanley was truly a great salesman to work with. He showed me the vehicle and explained all the features it was equipped with. He knew the product well and was able to answer all my questions. We then went on a test drive, and it drove amazing. It was smooth, quiet, and comfortable. After arriving back at the dealership he immediately got to work trying to find the best possible deal he could get me on the vehicle and even reached out to Dave Lawson to see If he could get an even better deal. I was very satisfied with the price of the vehicle, but the monthly payment wasn't quite where I wanted it. He then went to Cindy Borrelli, the finance manager, to see if she could work with the banks to get a better interest rate. Cindy worked her magic with the banks and I was happy with the offer she achieved. After I finished up the paperwork with Cindy, Martin helped me with the auto insurance, which was done in minutes, and at a great price also. At this point I had to leave to go pick up my wife from work, whom the vehicle was being purchased for. I told Mr. Hanley I would be back about 6 PM to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving back at the dealership with my wife, Mr. Hanley had the vehicle parked out front on the sidewalk, freshly detailed, with the temporary license plates installed, and all my paperwork ready to go. He greeted my wife, showed her the vehicle, and even helped her connect her phone to the vehicle. She absolutely loved the vehicle, and even she mentioned Mr. Hanley's friendliness and great personality. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had so far.
