Unfortunately the business manager was very abrasive and arguably one of the worst people to work with in my history of buying cars. He tolerated little negotiation and defended his position with classic smoke in mirror techniques used by car salesmen instead of trying to actually work with us to do business or counter-offer in ANY way. Very shocking given we were buying a used car that had been on their lot for over a month. And quite disappointing given the level of service we had received up until this point. Overall, we enjoyed doing business with them and the service they provided. Just one bad apple to leave a lasting impression unfortunately. More
