Initially worked with Ms. Feaster who assisted in ordering the hardtop and wiring harness. It came in ahead of schedule so we brought my jeep in for a hard top and wiring harn Feaster who assisted in ordering the hardtop and wiring harness. It came in ahead of schedule so we brought my jeep in for a hard top and wiring harness install on Wednesday May 28, 2025 we arrived at 0800 for a 0915. Ms Feaster told me she would call me when it was ready. We were hoping to pick it up later that afternoon. No call, no update. Thursday no call no update Friday no call no update Saturday no call no update Monday I received a v/m from Cleon letting me know the wiring harness didn't come in and that there would be additional charges. He also asked if I wanted them to throw the canvas top and frame away! I immediately called him to let him know that the wiring harness was to come from their parts department and that I had already paid for it. I also told him to fold the top up neatly and put it in the back of the jeep.....do not throw anything away! He called me back and confirmed that the wiring harness was paid for and would be there first thing the next morning Tuesday no call no update I finally called on Tuesday and spoke with Ms Feaster who told me that Felix was working on the top and would be finishing up on the harness. Most likely it would be tomorrow (Wednesday the 4th) that she would call me. So on Wednesday afternoon about 3:30 Ms Feaster called to tell me the jeep was ready for pick up. What took so long? Why didn't they get to my jeep at my appointment time? Why didn't they call and update me? I have more to say but this text is quite lengthy already More

Toke my 2010 Wrangler in because of a knocking noise it was making. Service Techs did a diagnostic test and turned out to be the lifter's. The Tech who replaced the lifter's ended putting them in not oiled up. My motor was blown because of that. The manager of the service department tried to say my Jeep came in like that. The Jeep has been there over a month and you now want to say the motor has been blown all along. Don't think so. This past month there has been little to no commutation. Every time we get told our car will be ready the day comes and goes and no word. We have to reach out just to be told it will be another week. Can not get ahold of the General Manger or Service manager. Every time we call all they want to do is try and put me in a new car! I will not buy a car from this place. Save your money and your time.
