I just want to say it sure was nice seeing a familiar face from 9 years ago when I purchased my Jeep! When I bought my Jeep it was Pomoco then changed hands two times after that! I’ve always brought my jeep there for inspections and any maintenance needed. Years past I had a few negligent issues and was very disappointed but I felt a sigh of relief when I reconnected with my former team member. Highly satisfied!😊 More

I got checked in for my scheduled service appointment quickly. They listened to my problem and concerns with my Jeep. I brought my vehicle in for one specific problem. They come telling me a lot of other things needed to be fixed. I said take care of my main issue and you can fix some of the other things. I said ok but give me a break down of work. I go home they send me an estimate of $8000. Plus claim another part needed to be fixed.Two days later I gat my vehicle and was told all work was done.Cost me $7110.37 they added a surcharge because of form of payment. This was not told to me until I was actually paying my bill in full. That was very sneaky and bad business. I wake up the next morning to check my vehicle to see if all work was done. They didn’t do some of the work I paid for. If I hadn’t checked this dealership would have gotten over on me. This was the first and last time I will go there. I will warn everyone I k ow about them.
