EVEN HAD SERVICE DURING A HURRICANE ADVISORY Hard to believe that even when 90% of the city was off of work due to a potential hurricane that the dealership was open. Had an appointment for 7:00 am Friday, September 14, 2018 and everyone was there and ready to go. Sam Vanderslice, my service rep for many, many years greeted me with his usual good humor. He immediately asked about family and friends that might be in the path of the storm. Even with some of his family in potential harm out of state he maintained his caring nature for others. I don't know who the tech was that did the work. Their name is no longer on the service invoice, but I would also like to thank that person. Work was top notch. More

Over the top! My Service Rep Sam Vanderslice was simply amazing: I realized that my state inspection sticker expired and rushed over to Southern. That was four days My Service Rep Sam Vanderslice was simply amazing: I realized that my state inspection sticker expired and rushed over to Southern. That was four days before hurricane Florence was supposed to hit our area. So my husband, who is in the Navy, got taken away the following morning, which left me having to take care of two small children, a cat, a household and a possibility for mandatory evacuation. Oh, and I am 5 month pregnant with a full-time job. Despite me calling Sam freaking out over everything with all my pregnancy hormones kicking in, he remained calm, polite and tremendously patient with me. Two days later, my car was ready to go with brand new tires and a shiny renewed state inspection sticker. Sam offered their pick-up service and my Valet Colt (pardon if I got his name wrong) was absolutely amazing as well! He went extra mile and honored my request to be picked me up from work, he then took me to the shop, waited for me to finalize all the paperwork, followed me in to my home, and then took me back to work. That was absolutely unexpected and very much appreciated. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family in the time of need - I will never forget your acts of kindness. Terrible I went in for a state inspection. There was ZERO friendliness from the individuals who accepted my car. When my car was done they didn’t even remember I went in for a state inspection. There was ZERO friendliness from the individuals who accepted my car. When my car was done they didn’t even remember that I was the owner of the vehicle. When I went to check out the man left me with the woman with no guidance as to where or whom to my vehicle up from. It was terrible, terrible service. I will never go back to this dealership for anything regardless of what is needed. More

After repairs, my vehicle was checked over for any other issues, and upon my approval, my filters were replaced, new wiper blades, and an oil change, all at an amazingly low price.
