New to the Area I had been seeing a family mechanic since moving to VA. Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair. Met Sam, very nice and professional. I was given a lis I had been seeing a family mechanic since moving to VA. Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair. Met Sam, very nice and professional. I was given a list of repairs that needed to be done. Returened two weeks later to have a few things off the list repaired. Done in a timely manner, you can definitely tell repairs were made. Oil change and tire rotation Made appointment for oil change. After an hour and a half car was still not in shop. This is because they put my car in the no appointment line. Advis Made appointment for oil change. After an hour and a half car was still not in shop. This is because they put my car in the no appointment line. Not happy! I have to use this dealership for all service to my car because of location but I am never happy with the service. Here are the reasons why: 1. It takes forever for someone to answer the service line 2. I am often disconnected with and have to call back multiple times 3. People are rude and short on the phone 4. Communication with the service department is difficult because they are too busy to hear my concerns and hurry me along as though I am not important. 5. The work on the car gets done very well, but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! More
