Also being charge for towels for clean up behind themselves is ridiculous it's part of there labor of the shop should already being provided But the staff was nice and knowledgeable and quick to repair my van

Simply put this is THE best dealership and mechanics in Virginia. I only go there for purchasing vehicles and getting work done. Five stars and if there were more stars I’d give them. Will is the best. He fully explains everything first, shows you the things you don’t understand, and through him my understanding g of the issues made perfect sense.
