Service department said we needed a new engine in a Promaster with less than 30k miles. Took the van to my mechanic who works on my vehicles after the warranty period and he found that the Southern Dod Promaster with less than 30k miles. Took the van to my mechanic who works on my vehicles after the warranty period and he found that the Southern Dodge didn't even bother changing the oil filter when they were doing our oil changes. The filter was trashed. He changed the oil and the filter and flushed the system and the engine is fine now. I have a fleet of Promaster vans and we will not be back. More
