I had an excellent experience at Southern Hyundai Chesapeake. I was immediately greeted by Charles (“Chuck”) Goodman, who took the time to ask me the right questions to find my perfect vehicle. After Chesapeake. I was immediately greeted by Charles (“Chuck”) Goodman, who took the time to ask me the right questions to find my perfect vehicle. After driving my previous car for 12 years, there were a lot of new features to become acquainted with and Chuck patiently walked me through the finer details. Chuck was easy to communicate with, and he made sure I was 100% confident and satisfied with my vehicle-buying decision. The whole team at Southern Hyundai (Chris Thompson and Steve Johnson to name a few others!) were excellent and knowledgeable , and they worked together efficiently to make my purchase a pleasant experience. Tie rod replaced, then alignment performed. Steering wheel is crooked. Brought to have corrected and have been told by shop forman "can't be fixed, there something going on under there". Vehicl Steering wheel is crooked. Brought to have corrected and have been told by shop forman "can't be fixed, there something going on under there". Vehicle never wreck haven't been told what is going on under there. I will take and get a 2nd opinion if problem is corrected, I would like a refund on the alignment charge. I feel alignment wasn't performed correct or there maybe a problem with car or alignment machine. More
