I personally had a very unoragnized experience. I was told my car was ready and I had a list of things that needed to be done with my car and they were giving me estimates as oppose to an exact pri I was told my car was ready and I had a list of things that needed to be done with my car and they were giving me estimates as oppose to an exact price of what everything would be. When I was notified about my vehicle being ready, I had to wait another hour just for the paperwork with prices and descriptions of the work being done on my car. The staff was nice but unorganized which made my visit frustrating , however my car had to be left at the dealership and was given back the next day which I was okay with More

I thought the wait for service, with an appointment, was uncomfortably long with only needing a scanning of the tire pressure warning light. Further more, repairs were rescheduled due to not in stock, 1 TPM uncomfortably long with only needing a scanning of the tire pressure warning light.
