The service in finance was awful. Had problems from the start. We paid cash. He was not to happy with that. We refused a service contract. And that was the end of politeness. Got a letter from DMV about a car that I had traded in. No insurance. Had signed over . But after I went to the DMV. Where I found out that after two months. My trade in was still in my name. And the one that I had purchased was still in the former owners name. Went back to the dealership and was treated like I had no brain. Went to Corporate two days later. And spoke to the title manager and the assistant controller. They were both great. All my paperwork was copied and information sent to DMV. Five days later I received my title. Now the kicker is, I brought it , of course as is. I asked about the second key and the salesman said he could get me one.The door Handel on the drivers side was loose and was also told they could take care of it. I drove the car home. Next morning I was checking out the radio, well it and the Bluetooth would not work. The screen could not move. I went back to the dealership and the finance manager came out checked it out and agreed it was not working and it was a piece of xxxx. I asked about getting it fixed. (Ha ha) I was reminded that once I drove it off the lot it was my problem. Now this car was Advertised with a radio and blue tooth. If they do not work that is False Advertising. I would Never recommend this dealership to even to someone I did not like. More

Got vehicle back from service and check engine light was on (was not on when I dropped it off), shop couldn’t get to it when I picked it up and was told to leave it or bring it back the next day. Service rep kept saying I would have to pay for the code reading and I said if it was caused by the work done it should be covered. They ended up covering it as it was caused by the service tech. The first time I arrived the representative who met me at the service counter was rude and had a real attitude. I explained I had searched the Hyundai site and went online to set my appointment. Of course I the service counter was rude and had a real attitude. I explained I had searched the Hyundai site and went online to set my appointment. Of course I made the appointment with the previous owner of the dealership. And I wasn’t on his list. He rescheduled me and I returned this past week for regular maintenance on my hybrid Hyundai. This time he was respectful. The maintenance was quickly completed I was however disappointed that the dealership didn’t wash my car before returning it to me. I had my other services performed at the Hampton dealership and this is a standard service that dealership offers. More
