Hard to schedule. Service writers unfamiliar with vehicle. Did not have basic parts for warranty issues. No QC to ensure all work performed. Service advisor lied about the reason for them not having the part in stock for the recall appt. Lied again about why there was no results of the mpi. Lied about calling me back the following day and ignor the part in stock for the recall appt. Lied again about why there was no results of the mpi. Lied about calling me back the following day and ignored all calls and voicemails when I tried to follow up. When I brought it back at a later time for them to actually do the mpi there was supposed to be a courtesy service performed to diagnose an oil leak. It wasn’t done. There is a visible leak and they again lied saying I don’t have one. I can see the build up from the leak on the outer part of the engine and I’m not anywhere close to a mechanic. Its oil is burning off the engine when it’s hot that produces a strong odor. I could say more but I think this should suffice. I will never take another vehicle back to this dealership again and neither should anyone reading this review. Service was Trash! More

Already replied to email about the BCW sensor light continues to come on even after they said they reset it back to factory settings so obviously it is the sensor that is bad or cameras!
