I would not recommend Western Branch Hyundai to any of my retired friends. While I was going through troubles in May and June to get my car serviced, Angela Christe was my service advisor and the bill was ov retired friends. While I was going through troubles in May and June to get my car serviced, Angela Christe was my service advisor and the bill was over $11, thousand dollars. My insurance people USAA, found it difficult to contact her. A game of phone tag. It was horrible. I made a promise to myself I will take my auto maintenance to Hyundai Greenbrier from now on. More

Had some serious issues with my car and had to get it towed back to Virginia from North Carolina and as soon as I returned I called Southern Hyundai dealership in Chesapeake Virginia... They told me I h towed back to Virginia from North Carolina and as soon as I returned I called Southern Hyundai dealership in Chesapeake Virginia... They told me I had to get it towed to the dealership and shortly after they called me and honored my warranty with them I couldn't say anything but thank you so much.... So Southern Hyundai on Western Branch Blvd in Chesapeake VA.. ROCKS!! More
