I scheduled to have the oil changed and drove the car for about 600 miles and checked the oil and it had burned more than a new car should have. I am very disappointed with my purchase as this is the only car I have now. I purchased it for reliability. I am one dissatisfied customer. I have to bring the vehicle back on a regular basis to find out why it is burning oil so quickly. I am very disappointed. More

Recently purchased my car and brought it in for its first oil change. Service counter personnel were very nice and polite, called for the appointment and they got me in the next day. However, the low rating because it took them three hours to do the oil change and they didn’t even reset the oil maintenance notification. Not sure the Southern Hospitality save of $60 was worth 3 hours of my time. More
