Angela kept me informed of service progress, especially regarding the AC. She and the technician tried to replicate the problem before charging a diagnostic fee. As it turns out, they simply topped off t regarding the AC. She and the technician tried to replicate the problem before charging a diagnostic fee. Always a great experience. The only complain I have is when I bought my vehicle, I was suppose to have free oil change for 36 month but when they finished with my car, I was to The only complain I have is when I bought my vehicle, I was suppose to have free oil change for 36 month but when they finished with my car, I was told I had to pay $137 because my mileage was at 37000 miles. I did not really plan for this charge but I ended up making the payment. I've only had the vehicle less than 24 months More
