Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very knowledgeable from the car sales to the financing and out the door. Apparently, the problem with the loose steering was misdiagnosed. The steering wheel rack that we were told to replace was in pristine condition and there seems to be no improvement on the actual steer misdiagnosed.
