The facility and the people were just wonderful. I thought the building was new but was told it had been spruced up several years ago. The salespeople were warm yet professional. In my experience, buying a new car is incredibly stressful. It's not just the negotiations --everything the dealer says seems like a trap designed to drain you of thousands of dollars. You're dealing with folks more knowledgeable than you who are willing to take advantage of your weakness. But this time was different.
