Clean and awesome reception area, with all the bells and whistles. Good customer service. I gave 4 STARS because while other service centers gave military discounts, there is NO military discount here. Th whistles. Good customer service. This is my 2nd time coming here because the other service center wants me to drop my car, and I do not want to do that. The charges are expensive here too. More

This was a Hall dealership when bought the car. always happy with Hall. I did not know the business changed hands. I had an issue repaired on my 2019 Elantra. That has gotten even worse than the fir always happy with Hall. I did not know the business changed hands. I had an issue repaired on my 2019 Elantra. That has gotten even worse than the first issue. My first problem the staff were rude. When I went to pickup the car. I was just given the keys and told were to find the car after just paying almost 900 dollars of work . There was no courtesy from the staff. My experience with dealerships in the past is the car is brought to the bay for you. Second I start the car and it is running like engine is going to jump out of the car and check engine light is on .so i go back in the dealer, mind you I never moved the car. So the tech looks at it. Now it need 1200 dollars of work. In the mean time a sales man is calling me to see it I would like to trade my car for new stating I'm in good standing with Hall. If they knew that why didn't they contact old costumes and let them know there was a change of hands of the business. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Just to let you know I have bought two cars with Hall. More
