I scheduled for oil change and issues with my Blue Link system. It stated twice when trying to set it up that the Blue Link system needed to be updated. As previously stated I took the new car in for the f system. It stated twice when trying to set it up that the Blue Link system needed to be updated. As previously stated I took the new car in for the first oil change and the Blue Link update. After sitting for almost 3 hours, was told I needed to come back for the update. Schedule would be needed as they would need my vehicle for 3 days. I told them I would need a loaner car as I live alone and 40 miles away. They agreed. I took it back the next week and left it, and told them I needed the vehicle back as I was leaving a cruise vacation. I kept in touch and no news other than they had a reference (not sure that is what it was called.) I called on the 3rd day and nothing had been done. I then advised that I was on my way to pick MY vehicle up!!! I do not believe one thing was ever done on my vehicle in 3 days. More

I went in for an oil change so after being there for 2 hours I ask if they knew how much longer turns out, the person had put the wrong thing into the computer and had me signed up for a state inspection, hours I ask if they knew how much longer turns out, the person had put the wrong thing into the computer and had me signed up for a state inspection, once they got that figured out and got my car up on the racks, I had to wait for someone to bring an oil filter , total wait time more than 3 and a 1 hours.
