A lot of confusion and dysfunction, seems as though work is always found to be done, but there is a lack of competence to get work accomplished in a timely manner. Original appointment set for Tuesday 9/16, part wasn’t delivered never got confirmation. Was told someone would reach out to reschedule appointment, they never did. No one answers phone. When appointment was made they had to keep car over night with no means of rental/loaner when originally was told word would take a hour. Called in next day repeatedly no one answered until 1p just for receptionist responsible for my vehicle to know nothing about service being done on my vehicle. Shane called back and reassured my vehicle was ready. Also previously dealt with this when trying to get my A/C fixed a few months back. My car was held for a week and a half when it was supposed to be an “in and out” job. More

Brought my ioniq5 for a routine 16k mile service. After waiting for 5hrs, i was told everything was done: tires realigned, rotated, air and all fluids topped off, and - per my request - cabin filter After waiting for 5hrs, i was told everything was done: tires realigned, rotated, air and all fluids topped off, and - per my request - cabin filter and wipers replaced and sent on my way. Shortly after leaving, i had the wiper fluid warning come up. I checked tire pressure and saw that all the tires were still at the exact psi when i brought them in. Even worse, the tires were in the same place they had been. No rotation had been done. Then noticed that the OBD cable was left hanging in the driver footwell. I realized that apart from wiper being replaced, Nothing else had been done. I'd paid over $300 for the "service". I had to take the car back the following day, insist that everything be redone and wait another 3 hours. I maintained composure (because, of course), but this is completely unacceptable! More
