Close location with courteous service staff. The drop off for the vehicle was easy and the person who took the car into the service area was pleasant. I was very disappointed with how long it took for the service to be completed. A tire rotation and brake fluid exchange should not take as long as it did. The car was dropped off around 8:25 am on 17 Feb and notified it was ready after 6:00 pm. I can't help but feel that the car was overlooked. I left text for Sean to check the for status but got no reply. When I called I was placed on hold a few times with no clear answer as to why the service took so long. The following morning my wife noticed a humming sound when the heat was turned on. I returned the car and the issue was resolved. The humming sound was due to debris from the blower motor. Saturday 22 Feb my wife and I noticed the humming sound was still there, I called that Saturday and was told Sean will be left a message for him to call me. To date, I have not received a call or text from Sean. This is a poor way of doing business and providing customer service. What's the point of being provided a text and getting no response. More

Ashley tried her best but got no support from the service manager or experienced tech. It took over 2 hours to complete my simple oil change, a 10:30 am appointment.
