Close location with courteous service staff. The drop off for the vehicle was easy and the person who took the car into the service area was pleasant. The car was dropped off around 8:25 am on 17 Feb and notified it was ready after 6:00 pm. I can't help but feel that the car was overlooked. I left text for Sean to check the for status but got no reply. When I called I was placed on hold a few times with no clear answer as to why the service took so long. The following morning my wife noticed a humming sound when the heat was turned on. I returned the car and the issue was resolved. The humming sound was due to debris from the blower motor. Saturday 22 Feb my wife and I noticed the humming sound was still there, I called that Saturday and was told Sean will be left a message for him to call me. To date, I have not received a call or text from Sean. This is a poor way of doing business and providing customer service. What's the point of being provided a text and getting no response. More

Ashley tried her best but got no support from the service manager or experienced tech. It took over 2 hours to complete my simple oil change, a 10:30 am appointment.
