My experience with this dealership was so bad they had my car for almost two months & fixed something that probably really wasn’t the issue I recently just got my car back & it is still overheating I’m never car for almost two months & fixed something that probably really wasn’t the issue I recently just got my car back & it is still overheating I’m never taking my car back there again this is ridiculous they literally robbed me out of 1400 dollars telling me all these things were wrong my car n still didn’t fix the issue I don’t recommend anyone coming to them More

It's a great dealership but the last service I scheduled took almost 4 hours for an oil change. Impossible to reach by phone. Only the line for sales works on the automatic phone tree (interesting how the line to buy a car works, but not the one to get repairs done). After days of attempting to reach out about a warranty extension, I left a message with one of the sales reps. Never heard back. Reached out via Facebook, was promised a call back. Never recieved one. Used the chat function on the website, only for them to say they didn't know and couldn't help. No phone call when car was finished, and had no way to reach them. Staff was nice but oblivious to the issue when I arrived, hoping my car was finished, since there was no communication at all up to this point. More
