Our service advisor was excellent. He tried to figure out why our free oil change wasn’t showing up. He gave us a free service for removing a leaf in our cabin air filter housing. I personally had a very unoragnized experience. I was told my car was ready and I had a list of things that needed to be done with my car and they were giving me estimates as oppose to an exact pri I was told my car was ready and I had a list of things that needed to be done with my car and they were giving me estimates as oppose to an exact price of what everything would be. When I was notified about my vehicle being ready, I had to wait another hour just for the paperwork with prices and descriptions of the work being done on my car. Everyone on the staff I've encountered was very friendly, very pleasant (always). I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the check in was quick, but the service was not. I was on the way up to the desk to get my car back when someone opened the door to tell me my car was ready. I also didn't get a car wash which I thought was part of the service. Maybe they only did that when they were under the Hall name. I'd still recommend this service center as I've been here a few times before and received excellent service. This time was just lacking a bit. More

I thought the wait for service, with an appointment, was uncomfortably long with only needing a scanning of the tire pressure warning light. Further more, repairs were rescheduled due to not in stock, 1 TPM uncomfortably long with only needing a scanning of the tire pressure warning light. Further more, repairs were rescheduled due to not in stock, 1 TPMS unit on hand. I bet they had one next door at the Chevrolet service dept. More
