I don’t like the waiting time, I was at Southern for my appointment on time and I was there practically four hours and all they did was a diagnostic test. Katelin was good except upon billing I was told $1 appointment on time and I was there practically four hours and all they did was a diagnostic test. Katelin was good except upon billing I was told $1200 and I had to pay a part they didn’t have final bill was $917.67 the part is just a back door latch, I wanted to pay for the actual service that was done, also the LKA and high beam assist signs were showing on my dashboard and it still is the same so after 4 hours nothing was practically done. More

Waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. 30 of which my car was complete but Caitlyn didn’t tell anyone before she took lunch that she had a waiter in the lobby. Oil light was not reset and per manny over the phone that was not something I could do and had to come back in so I had to go in the next day. A bald guy in the bay then said you didn’t need to come in for that and reset it just in the waiting area for the cars. And the process of all of it, he managed to get rid of all of my presets and my Bluetooth things that were hooked up. More
