Be leary of the 5 star reviews. I was offered an incentive to leave a 5 star review. I was sent a request to leave a review after I had a oil change in February but didn't respond. I was offered an incentive to leave a 5 star review. I was sent a request to leave a review after I had a oil change in February but didn't respond. I then got a call offering me an incentive to leave a 5 star review. The caller didn't know what to say when I replied my review couldn't be bought. Unlike previous oil changes, this one went smoothly. Unfortunately they wouldn't schedule my state inspection because the were booked out almost 2 months. Both inspection and oil change are free as I purchased my car new from them. More

Wait time was very reasonable. People were friendly and helpful. When I got to my car, plastic was still on seat and white paper mat was halfway down. I had a wonderful experience they listened to what I needed done and checked with me to see if I wanted them to go ahead and do it and quoted me a price and I gave them the go ahead.
