I arrived at the dealership at 1318 (12min before my appt) and handed off my keys to a lady at the service desk who checked me in. At 1414, I went back to the lady and requested a status since my vehicl appt) and handed off my keys to a lady at the service desk who checked me in. At 1414, I went back to the lady and requested a status since my vehicle had been moved an hour prior and I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation. She then realized she had lost my key and had not checked me in/wrote up the vehicle. She found the key appropriately 10min later and proceeded to write up the vehicle. My husband and I walked to the Mexican restaurant near by and waited for the call that it was ready. We ended up leaving with the vehicle at 1545. More
