Worst experience ever. Don't answer the phone for updates. I had an oil change appt set up a few weeks ago and once I traveled there from NC, I was informed that someone didn’t show up to work and my wait for be 2 hours. I then rescheduled for another weekend, as t I traveled there from NC, I was informed that someone didn’t show up to work and my wait for be 2 hours. I then rescheduled for another weekend, as that’s the only day I can do, and made sure to schedule as a waiting oil change. I arrive for my next appointment and was informed that I was actually scheduled for a drop off. So I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change. More
