I am very depressed since I made this purchase this has been by far my worse experience ever when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I paid cash 26,000 for my suburban. As soon as I gave them my cash my wan been by far my worse experience ever when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I paid cash 26,000 for my suburban. As soon as I gave them my cash my wants and needs was totally ignored for my vehicle. I am very very upset they get your money and then they are 100% done with you. I have been begging and chasing the guy Nasir who sold me the vehicle to hear me out and help me at least figure out what needs to be done as far as my request I have been begging and chasing the sales manager as well. I text there number and calls and I’m always ignored. Get I done spent my hard earned money I wish I would have purchased somewhere else. I am highly pissed how they are treating me and it suck’s that I just can’t drive do the dealership because I’m a on the road truck driver who also delivers cars to them. I have not been able to deliver any cars to them but I am waiting on the first available load so I can just go up there. I will be reaching out to bbb as well because this is ridiculous and sad More
