I made an appointment for a recall for a Saturday morning and when I got there I was told they don’t do recalls on Saturday and they didn’t have the parts for my windshield wiper recall. They said they would and when I got there I was told they don’t do recalls on Saturday and they didn’t have the parts for my windshield wiper recall. They said they would call me in a couple of days to come back. After 2 weeks I called back and was told to come in at 9am and they would shuttle me home while the repair was done. When I got there for my appointment I was told that they no longer had a shuttle service. I waited 3 hours for the repair. Very dissatisfied. More

It’s should be self explanatory as to why this is a 1 star rating. This dealership has had many changes in management and the turn over rate of its service advisors and technicians has been ridiculous. T star rating. The lack of concern for customer needs is worth vomiting over and their ability to use common sense and logic is absolutely laughable. More

Worst experience ever. Don't answer the phone for updates.
