The service department has cost them a customer. Can't answer the phones, don't call when service is delayed. Twice my experience has been that they over book their capacity. Once brought car in for a scheduled oil change, waited 3 hours past my scheduled time and still didn't take my car. Yesterday my wife dropped her car for a recall of which they already delayed on a previous visit. No call, called 5 times no call back to find out today they hadn't even started the car. again tried calling no less than three times this morning and could not get anyone to answer. We have been dealing with this dealership since 2023 when we purchased our Telluride. The beginning was rocky when the first salesman told us he did not have any Tellerides in stock. Then we were given anoth we purchased our Telluride. The beginning was rocky when the first salesman told us he did not have any Tellerides in stock. Then we were given another salesman that did know what was in stock and I fell in love with my Telluride. Then, we had issues with the finance representative that became very upset when we wanted to go with our bank at a much lower interest. He threatened to stop the sale and make us leave. Our salesman stepped in and apologized for his actions and all was well. Then, the issues began again, when we had to take our car in for recall and warranty work. It took a long time to get in, extended time in the shop and no status notifications. Right now my car is still in the shop after 8 days with no idea when I may get my car back. They are having issues getting my car calibrated. We have called multiple times leaving messages, sending texts and just calling to talk with a human. The 2 times I could get someone to answer just tried to connect me with the service department and told me no one would answer. It's very infuriating to feel that they do not care, that it's alright to keep your car days on end without giving us a plan for fixing the car. They knew day 1 what the problem was! Today, still no calls or texts. I would not recommend them for any service needs. I feel ignored, management trying to blame me for "missing an appointment" when we changed it and telling me they are very busy, thus they do not have time to call. Please do not use them. More

Booked a scheduled appointment to have a recalled part replaced. Brought the vehicle here and they said, oops we don’t have the part and are going to have to order it. This is the second time this has o replaced. Brought the vehicle here and they said, oops we don’t have the part and are going to have to order it. This is the second time this has occurred at two different southern kias. You jave my VIN and you know the part required to complete the recall and somehow this organization cant plan in advance and again wasted my time. Went to pick my car up and stood at the checkout counter while two females played on their cell phones and talked back and forth. Seriously, Focus on customer service because KIA is failing on this aspect. Then by the time someone does come over she makes statements that she is sick and uses her hand to wipe her nose and then places it on top of my keys. After I pay for the almost 90 dollar oil change, i ask where my car is and she says somewhere over there. Crazy I would have to search the lot for my own car and eventually I find it in the opposite direction she pointed. Inside my vehicle they left a service tag and a dirty piece of paper on the floorboard. Like almost everyone’s parents say, clean up after your self. Doing the right thing when others ate not looking is not hard. What is happening here can be nothing less than the reflection of the business and leadership itself. More

If you actually want your car “fixed” I STRONGLY suggest going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never be answered, service employees to quit or be fired who were supposed to be working on your car, and to have none of your car issues ever be resolved then I highly advise Southern! More
