RT, Has been an outstanding service consultant. I prefer no one but him. Even though he is the best, the problem lies with maintenance. I had a 3:45 pm appointment on Friday for a drop off (which I was told ahead of time). I was not told this could be an overnight drop off. My car was not done until 3:30pm the next day. There is always a long wait. The scheduling systems seems inefficient (why have appointments if it takes all day or even multiple days to complete the service?). I love my Kia but I dread having to take it in for service. More
