I arrived for an 8:30 appointment for my oil change. After waiting patiently for 2 hours I checked my service person to see what the status of my car was. He seemed annoyed that I was asking and told me After waiting patiently for 2 hours I checked my service person to see what the status of my car was. He seemed annoyed that I was asking and told me my car was going in for service next. I asked what the purpose of making an appointment is if after 2 hours my car has not been moved. He gave me a reason of this is the same as a doctor appointment where your appointment is an arrival time and you wait to be seen. I was shocked by his smug attitude and appalled that he would compare the complexity that doctors deal with the relative simplicity of an oil change. I must further point out that I have never waited 2 hours to be seen by my doctor. After this conversation I waited an additional 1 and 1/2 hours for my car to be ready. The service person handed my key and receipt to me and did not say a word to indicate he felt sorry about the 3 and 1/2 wait to have my car ready. More

Dropped off the car on Monday afternoon for a Tuesday appointment for inspection and oil change. No call back on Tuesday. 3 calls before noon Wednesday, no reply to the messages. 2pm call from service ma appointment for inspection and oil change. No call back on Tuesday. 3 calls before noon Wednesday, no reply to the messages. 2pm call from service manager to pickup the car. It's totally xxxxxxxx to call the dealership and no answer. No matter what number you call it always rings the answering service who can only leave a message with the dealership. This place has a terrible communication problem and the service manager could only agree. No cleaning vacuum or car wash either. I love my KIA and the salesman was great but operations needs to get their xxxx together. More
