Quoted my wife over $550 for all services. She called me to let me know the price, but I questioned what all was included. He told me that it was only going to be around $400. The way he responded made it seemed like he was trying to overcharge my wife. More

The AI phone filter is aggravating. Eventually you realize it’s not a person and she can’t answer your need. horrible communication, i waited 3 hours for my brakes to get fixed, only for her to tell me the screeching sound was my brakes and that they needed to be replaced (which i told her). no work was done on my get fixed, only for her to tell me the screeching sound was my brakes and that they needed to be replaced (which i told her). no work was done on my car and she never gave me any update that it would be too late in the day to install new brakes. blamed the long wait on her 'fighting with the technicians' but couldn't give me any sort of update during the 3 hours.
