Dropped my keys off with someone at the front desk that was very friendly at 7:30 am. He let me know that I would be given a call before the end of the day. I made an appointment due to safety recall and spent several hours waiting only to be told there was no remedy for the recall. I also informed the dealership of a concern I had with the seat belt alert several hours waiting only to be told there was no remedy for the recall. I also informed the dealership of a concern I had with the seat belt alert and was told I had to pay $250 for the tech just to look at my concern. I've had the car less than a year and I shouldn't be having safety concerned nor should I be charged to for someone to check a safety concern. More
