I have bought several vehicles from your dealership and always taken my vehicles there for maintenance. When I bought my vehicle you offered me the southern hospitality plan which entitled me to free oil c always taken my vehicles there for maintenance. When I bought my vehicle you offered me the southern hospitality plan which entitled me to free oil changes and state inspections. This service your technician recommended over $3,000 worth of services and I declined online. I was then billed $75 for the free oil change. When I complained your customer service rep quickly responded and took away the charge. My daughter took her vehicle in this week and was also billed $75 for her free oil change and also had the charge taken off but was told that the new policy is that all recommended maintenance must be done or oil changes will no longer be free. If that is your new policy please tell me? Since we both bought our vehicles under the old policy you should honor that but if management will not then I need to know so my family can take their future business elsewhere. I had a 7:30am appointment for a regular check, inspection, and an oil change. I dropped my car off the night before. I called to see if my car was ready about 4:00, and I was told it was. I arrive inspection, and an oil change. I dropped my car off the night before. I called to see if my car was ready about 4:00, and I was told it was. I arrived to pick up my car after work at 4:45 the day of the appointment, and it wasn't ready. I had to wait for 45 minutes. I was the last person there. My car is still messaging that I'm over due for an oil change. Either it wasn't reset or not done. I don't know. It still feels sluggish. I was very disappointed. More
