I have had several bad experiences at this Mazda and I have decided that I will not be using them again. The service employees are incompetent and I have also left several voicemails that have still not b have decided that I will not be using them again. I had an amazing experience at Southern Mazda in Newport News,truly the best dealership I’ve encountered in all of Hampton Roads and even up through Northern Virginia. We had a 10:30am appointment for a State Inspection. My car was not taken back for service until 12:15pm. Then at 1:15pm I was told there was a repair needed in order to pass inspection. That added on a My car was not taken back for service until 12:15pm. Then at 1:15pm I was told there was a repair needed in order to pass inspection. That added on an additional hour. I think it was ridiculous that I had an appointment and we wanted almost 2 hours before our car was serviced. More
