I had a service appointment recently that I was really satisfied with. But once I left the appointment I realized I have easy care so my oil change should've been covered and I should've gotten a free car satisfied with. I have tried to contact the dealership multiple times since then to ask about a refund for my oil change and getting a car wash but nobody will return my calls. More

I had an emergency check engine light and they gave me a 7:45 am appointment. By 11:25 , it was diagnosed as a bad battery. The charge to replace the battery was excessive.Ray Korchak was very professional 7:45 am appointment. By 11:25 , it was diagnosed as a bad battery. The charge to replace the battery was excessive.Ray Korchak was very professional and explained the system problem and fix. $350.00 for a battery replacement was quite a shock. So my experience was positive, but the cost of the service was unreasonable. More
