The vehicle I was sold was sold to me without a proper inspection done it. I brought the car back a day or two later because the steering wheel was very shaky when reaching higher speeds and braking. Turned out I needed a wheel alignment and my rotors resurfaced. The dealership then insisted I hit a curb due to the maintenance needing to be done. They swore they wouldn’t sell a vehicle that needs any kind of pricey maintenance needing to be done. They were trying to charge me around 630 for the total repair costs despite the fact I had just bought this car from them WITHOUT a proper inspection being conducted before they sold it. Best they did for me was split the cost but even still those repairs are their responsibility. More

Even once Insurance released the funds so they could start working on the car (this was on August 16,2022). They claimed it took a very long time to get parts in and the last one wouldn't come in till October 6th (this was Daryll). I call for an update after OCT 6th and let me tell you, I called once every day, left messages, never got a call back. Then, some lady finally talked to me and claimed they needed money for another part, a fried computer. (Strange, did they not know this on august 16th?). She said they sent a supplemental request to the insurance company. I call the insurance company two days in a row. The second time, the insurance agent called the Southern motors service department, what do you know? It is now in the hands of the manager who I think she said was Matt. But, he couldn't talk because he was busy. I called him later and left a message. Sure, enough no reply. This service is DISGUSTING! I was going to try to sell my car and get a new one but it DEFINITELY will not be at this dealership or any associated one. Also, I did have a huge wait time when I last got my oil change done by them. I had a reservation but apparently that didn't matter. I wrote a review about this and someone contacted me to remove it.
