To start with the receptionist seems annoyed I'm trying to find out if there is any recalls on my 2023 Jeep Still seemed annoyed She said she doesn't see any recalls on it I asked how much a diagnostic to find out if there is any recalls on my 2023 Jeep Still seemed annoyed She said she doesn't see any recalls on it I asked how much a diagnostics is she said a diagnostics to find out what my Jeep is stuttering is $225 In hindsight 225 cost more than to replace all the spark plugs and spark plug wires and does not go towards any fixing Other places offer a $99 diagnostic fee I asked if I got a diagnostics at another place if I can take it to the Jeep dealership and have them fix what is wrong with it She said no they do not accept other places diagnostics so you can't just go to that dealership and request something to get fixed without paying $225 on top of what you know is wrong with it? For instance if I know that my Jeep needs spark plugs and spark plug wires which is spark plugs are about $20 each that's $80 for four new ones and the wires typically you can get them with it it'll cost about $150 all together for everything you mean to tell me that they're going to charge me an additional $225 to diagnose it on top of their labor and on top of the parts make that make sense Will not purchase any more Jeeps through here or send any family members to here Thanks for showing your colors Southern motors And let me be clear I took my 2015 Jeep here for a recall before Southern motors bought it out and had a way better experience to the previous ownership then just the simple phone call did. Extremely unimpressed More
