The service wirter was great. I didnt like the video, and the very high dollar estimate for all the other services. I understand the tactic but I don't like it. After putting money down to get it, and making the past 8 months of payments, how many people have money to get over inflated priced services done? I don't. I didn't buy it from Southern but I brought it to you because of convenience and simply all I wanted done was the warranty covered issue which is the. This is my only complaint and reason for non recommendation of a place for service unless its a warranty covered issue. More
