Matazi is the face of Nissan I have seen the past few years. She is a fantastic technical mechanically knowledged service writer with above average excited customer service. She is compassionate while balance as to her dealer and customer. I like that an employee promotes their company and product. If they “care” for their company and product then they care for the client. I also commend the service techs for their attention to detail as I see in video reports of my vehicle. Lastly I commend the service Manager or Director as they orgristrated the system I have reviewed. This visit was without appointment as I needed help because of a sharp object perusing the side of my tire. Being patient when arrival is no appointment, they take care of your issue …not saying come back. Lastly, Matazi is management. Please consider her as your organization grows is a big reason for growth. We clients see years of service after hours of a sell😉👍🏻 More
