Not true to veteran's quote After purchasing a new pathfinder. I was very disappointed that Nissan dealership has not been true to their words. They were to put on mud flaps and After purchasing a new pathfinder. I was very disappointed that Nissan dealership has not been true to their words. They were to put on mud flaps and running boards. When they returned the car to me, the running boards did not fit that kind of SUV. I returned several times to get the correct running boards for the truck and compensation for the numerous visits to get the problem resolved. After speaking to GM Steve Hug in VA. Beach about thr problem, he was very adomient as to what he could do to solve the problem. The last conversation that i had with GM was that he was going to present a check to Kings daughter and would give me a call later. I've called since and he has not returned my call to this day. I intend on going to the dealership in Va.. Beach to speak with him to solve the issue. Just imagine, my husband was about to purchase a truck but decided not to due to the issues that I was going through. Is this any way to treat vet? More

After 4 cars later, I still look for him to let me know what my car needs and financially what is best to take care of. A great asset to Nissan and he is the only reason I come to Nissan for service. Criminal practices I'm not sure if the word criminal or just plain stupid would be more accurate to describe the way this dealership handles itself and it's customers. W I'm not sure if the word criminal or just plain stupid would be more accurate to describe the way this dealership handles itself and it's customers. When buying this car the salesman told us it would be no problem to register our car in another state and in fact was the one to bring it up and suggest it. When it came time to sign paperwork we sat there for about 3 hours while they figured out how to make that happen. Finally we were allowed to leave. Fast forward 3.5 months. After all of this time the tags have finally arrived at the dealership after months of them messing up paperwork and having the dmv not send the tags. I arrive to pick up the tags and am told I owe $275. When I asked what the bill was for they couldnt give me an answer. I don't see how it's my problem that they found an error in their paper work 3.5 months after the fact and used my plates as collateral to collect the money they wanted. You may say to yourself, "surely they told you about this when they called to say the tags were ready?" Absolutely not. I was told when the tags were presented that I was to pay that money before I could have the tags. More
